Currently, I serve as the Chair of the Association of Women in Safety Excellence (WISE), where I also founded and now patron the WISE Mentorship Program—a platform dedicated to nurturing and supporting women leaders and professionals in the safety and security industry.
Over the years, I’ve gained not just experience, but mastery of how the corporate world really works—from navigating power dynamics and performance expectations to understanding unspoken rules that shape careers.
